Seamus McDaniel is a guitarist and musician based in Richmond, VA. After graduating from VCU with a Bachelor of Arts in Music, he’s had his sights on teaching, composing, and performing classical and modern guitar music. Seamus was concertmaster of the VCU Guitar Ensemble and performed as a soloist in the 2019 Experiencing Villa-Lobos International Festival. He was also a featured guitarist on the VMFA’s Richmond Sessions ‘22-23 series. Seamus has released two records with his band Retrosphere and is working on debut solo music set to release April 2024.
